Mitre Horse is a multi-application, combination workbench and storage unit which can be utilized by different tradesmen/tradeswomen as a work and storage area. The device is comprised of multiple, stackable, portable, and adjustable storage units suitable for various working heights. The storage units can be assembled together to form a large workbench capable of supporting various tools needed to complete various work tasks. The storage units feature vertical, lineal tracks located near the outside corners. The units are stacked upon one another to form a tower. Adjustments can be made along the vertical tracks of the storage unit/tower to allow for the various offsets of many different cutting tools. Additionally, the storage units feature inner drawers providing easy access to the unit’s contents. When constructed into a workbench, the surface features an attachment means to the storage units horizontally for table operations or vertically for hand-truck operations.
Mitre Horse’s storage units can be constructed using durable, long-lasting plastic or metal materials. The workbench surface may be constructed of plastic or wood materials, and lightweight metals can be used to construct the workbench’s frame. A standard size of the storage units may measure approximately 20” in length, 16” in width, and 8” in height. Exact size, measurement, construction, and color specifications may vary upon manufacturing.
